According to the arrest affadavit, obtained by the Wichita Eagle, Randle repeatedly told the deputy: I will kill you, I swear on my life and everything that I have. I will kill you when I get out. Twenty-four-year-old Randle, a native of Wichita, has had a string of run-ins with the law, beginning with a 2014 shoplifting arrest. Hes also been charged in Kansas with a casino disturbance and with backing his car into three people.
